Hyaluronic acid: why biosynthesis is safer

Not all hyaluronic acid is created equal. Origin, purification and molecular weight determine what your skin actually gets — benefit or hidden risk.

Crystal-clear drop of hyaluronic acid with molecular structure

Where hyaluronic acid comes from

  • Animal tissues (rooster combs, cartilage) — high risk of allergy and protein contamination.
  • Bacterial fermentation (Streptococcus) — cheaper, but requires complex purification from endotoxins and DNA.
  • Pure biosynthesis modelled on human umbilical-cord HA — our path.

A human model as the reference

The reference is the hyaluronic acid molecule from the human umbilical cord. We do not use any human material — we only recreated its ideal model through biosynthesis.

The result: a molecule that is 100% biocompatible with skin cells. No foreign DNA, no hormones, no markers that could trigger allergy or systemic reaction.

A multi-molecular cocktail

Our products combine several molecular weights at once. The high molecular weight stays on the surface as a breathable moisturising film. The medium one works in the stratum corneum. The low molecular weight (especially in nano-containers) penetrates the deeper epidermis.

No hormones, no foreign DNA, no allergy. Hypoallergenic by GOST protocols.
